Ecofund Queensland Pty Ltd Reverse the Effect, Drive the Future COMPETITION

1. The Promoter of the Competition is Ecofund Queensland Pty Ltd, ABN 92 142 542 774 located at Level 3, 120 Edward Street, Brisbane, QLD 4000, Australia.

2. Information regarding the Prize and how to enter the Competition form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering into the Competition, a Participant is taken to have accepted these Conditions of Entry and agrees to be bound by them.

3. The Competition commences at 13:00 (AEST) on 4 June 2010 and closes at 00.01 (AEST) on 6 August 2010 (Promotional Period).

4. Entry is open only to Queensland residents aged 18 years or older (Participants) and who are not directors, officers or employees (including members of the immediate family of such persons) of the Promoter.

5. Each Participant who enters the Competition during the Promotional Period will be entered into the draw. One Participant will be drawn at random to become the winner. The draw will take place at the offices of the Promoter on Monday 9 August 2010.

6. There is one prize. The prize is a Ford Fiesta ECOnetic with a recommended retail value of approximately $26,400. All other expenses (including motor vehicle registration fees and compulsory third party insurance premiums) are the responsibility of the winner. Any taxes (other than GST if any), that may be payable as a consequence of the winner receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, whether for cash or otherwise. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.

8. To the extent that a situation or issue arises which these Conditions of Entry make no provision or in relation to which the Conditions of Entry are unclear, the Promoter reserves the right to make a decision regarding such situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and such decision will be final and binding.

How to enter
9. To be eligible to enter the Competition, a Participant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) subscribe to the www.brisbanetimes.com.au newsletter and opt-in to receive information about Reverse the Effect; or
(b) subscribe to the www.reversetheeffect.com.au newsletter and opt-in to receive information about Brisbane Times.

10. To enter the Competition, a Participant must complete the online entry form at www.brisbanetimes.com.au or www.reversetheeffect.com.au by providing all requested details including (but not limited to) their full name, address, daytime phone number and email address and submit the fully completed entry form.

11. A Participant may only enter the Competition once. However, a Participant will receive one additional entry in the Competition if they successfully enter the Competition and refer five people to receive information about the Competition by submitting five valid email addresses during the Promotional Period.

12. In entering the Competition, a Participant consents to receiving any emails regarding the Competition, and other emails which inform the Participant of the Promoter's, Brisbane Times' or the Ford Motor Company's other publications, products, services and events.

13. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the promotional database and not at the time of transmission by the Participant.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any Participant who, in the opinion of the Promoter:
(a) tampers with the entry process;
(b) submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry;
(c) has engaged in conduct in entering the Competition which is fraudulent or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Competition and/or the Promoter. This includes, but is not limited to, Participants using multiple email addresses, postal addresses or PO Box addresses to enter the Competition.

15. Participants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet.

How winners will be determined
16. The winner of the Prize will be selected at random from all valid entries.

17. The winner will be notified by telephone and the winner's name will:
(a) be published at www.reversetheeffect.com.au on 11 August 2010.

18. The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result of the Competition.

19. The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of their identity, age and residency in order to claim the Prize. Identification that is considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion. In the event that the winner cannot provide suitable proof to the Promoter of their identity, age and/or residency, the winner will forfeit the Prize.

20. If the winner forfeits the Prize or does not accept or claim the Prize by 17.00 (AEST) on 6 September 2010, the Promoter will conduct a second chance draw on 8 September 2010 at its offices. The winner of any re-draw will be notified by telephone and their name will be published at www.reversetheeffect.com.au on 9 September 2010 and may be broadcast on 4BC radio on 9 September 2010

21. The winner will be required to sign a letter of declaration stating receipt of the Prize regardless of their intentions for the Prize post receipt (e.g. resale of the vehicle). Refusal to sign this declaration will be taken as a forfeit of the Prize. In this instance the Prize will be re-drawn in a second chance draw in accordance with paragraph 20.

22. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of being run as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the terms of the Competition including the Prize and these Conditions of Entry, subject to State legislation.

23. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter);
(d) any variation in the value of the Prize as stated in these Conditions of Entry;
(e) any tax liability or any other statutory charge, fee or cost incurred by a winner or Participant;
(f) participation in the Competition; and
(g) a Prize.

24. To the furthest extent permitted by law, the Promoter:
(a) makes no warranties and accepts no liability in relation to the Prize, its condition or fitness for any purpose; and
(b) is not responsible nor liable for the loss of or damage to the Prize.

25. If for any reason the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for another item of an equal or greater value.

26. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the Competition, including but not limited to, being interviewed, photographed and/or filmed. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name and photographs of the winner.

27. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the Competition, the Participant agrees that the Promoter may use the Participant's personal information for the purposes of conducting the Competition, identifying the winner and in any media for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the Participant. The Participant's consent includes authorising the Promoter, its agents, affiliates, related business companies, other companies associated with this Competition and business partners to send the Participant future emails regarding any promotional, marketing and publicity activities, subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Definitions
In these Conditions of Entry:
(a) "Competition" means the Reverse the Effect "Drive the Future" Competition;
(b) "Immediate family" means spouses, parents, children or siblings, whether or not they live in the same house as the director, officer or employee of the Promoter;
(c) "Participant" has the meaning given in paragraph 4 above.
(d) "Prize" means the prize referred to in paragraph 6 above or any substitute prize of an equal or greater recommended retail value;
(e) "Promoter" means Ecofund Queensland Pty Ltd;
(f) "Promotional Period" means the period of time referred to in paragraph 3 above.
